Bev's Biography :
My interest in real estate began in 1998 while I was employed as a personal assistant for a successful real estate agent. That experience taught me a great deal about the sales side of the industry and the importance of organization, time management, and client relations. I was later employed as a closing coordinator for a legal firm that specialized in real estate transactions; that's where I saw the legal side of the industry and how properties are conveyed from one owner to another. Years later, employed as a corporate secretary for a land developer, I saw how suburban neighborhoods are created and developed. I became familiar with plat maps, instituted homeowners' associations, recorded deeds at the local registry, and occasionally attended closings on behalf of the company. Now, I'm a licensed facilitator utilizing the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years to benefit buyers and sellers in Wisconsin's Driftless Region.
I am known among my friends, associates, and clients as a caring agent, sensitive to the needs of those I serve and as a person who truly cares about what is important to them. I have a passion for service and build relationships with my clients whenever I can, often going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I'm providing them with the best possible communication, client service, and satisfaction.
